1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by eclbet12 may result in account restriction, suspension, or closure, and may delay the processing of withdrawal requests.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

eclbet12 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, and online bank transfers from major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank via FPX. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at eclbet12's discretion.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise specified in an active promotion. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. These thresholds may be adjusted at eclbet12's discretion with reasonable notice provided to players.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, technical updates, and third-party service interruptions may occasionally affect Platform availability. eclbet12 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

eclbet12 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent or criminal conduct; (c) the player has provided false information; (d) continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to eclbet12; or (e) account closure has been requested by the player under responsible gaming provisions.

Upon account closure, any balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements or funds under fraud investigation) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.
